**Retainer & Booking Policy**

1. **Retainer**: A non-refundable $100 retainer is required within 72 hours of  agreement to secure your event date. This amount will be applied toward your total balance. For specialty Mocktail or Cocktail Dry Ice Bars and the “Straight Up, No Chaser” Package booked within 30 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. **Rush Fee**: For events scheduled within 14 days of  agreement, full payment is required immediately, with an additional $150 rush fee for Dry Ice Bars and “Straight Up No Chaser “Package will be applied.

3. **Payment Terms**:

   - For specialty Mocktail or Cocktail Dry Ice Bars and the “Straight Up, No Chaser” Package, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the event.

   - For all other packages, full payment is due at least 15 days prior to the event.

   - Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event will receive a full refund, minus the $100 retainer.

   - Cancellations made between 16–29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund, minus the $100 retainer.

   - No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 15 days of the event. However, rescheduling assistance will be provided, subject to availability.

4. **Rescheduling**: The $100 retainer is transferable for up to one year from the original payment date if you need to reschedule your event.
